                               Co-Directors of Preschool and Children!

Through the Preschool and Children's Ministry of First Baptist Church we seek to extend the love of Christ to your children.  Whether in Sunday School, Extended Session, choir or any other activity we have for children, our leaders want to make your child feel loved, secure, happy and comfortable here.  Our desire is to serve by helping your child to take his or her “first steps” to Christ.

• We offer a full graded preschool and children's choir program which meets Wednesday evenings during the school year.  See Music Ministry for details.

• Vacation Bible School - June 2 through June 6, 2008.  This year is a tropical theme called "Outrigger Island." 
• Crosspoint Sports Camp -
• Summer Fun Days activities - June 17, 19, 24 and 26, 2008 at 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.- For children ages 6 months through 6th grade.  Pre-registration is required as enrollment is limited.   Cost is $17 per day and $12 per half day.  Contact Josie Callahan at josie.callahan@fbcmurray.org or Sharon Siebold at sharon.siebold@gmail.com to register or for more information

• Mission Friends - Meets the first Sunday of each month following the children's sermon in the first service for 3, 4 and 5 year olds to learn about missions. 
• Children In Action - Meets the first Sunday of each month following the children's sermon in the first service for children in the 1st through 3rd grade to learn about missions.
• Children's Church - Meets the second Sunday of each month following the children's sermon in the first service for children age 4 through the 1st grade.  This is a time for children to worship with age appropriate activities.
