Mother's Day Out
Admission and General Information![]()
Ages: Children will be accepted from 6 months of age through 5 years
for Mother's Day Out.
An application form with personal data, medical history, immunization records,
permission slips and emergency information MUST be completed and signed by a
parent before a child can be enrolled. A TB skin test is also required
upon entry. Immunizations now includes chicken pox vaccine.
Drop-ins are not accepted. Limited openings are available for more

Fees: The charge is $17 per child for a whole day (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.). For a half day (9 a.m. to noon or noon to 3 p.m.), the charge is $12 per child. Payment of the monthly fee is due at the first of the month.
